Who We Are

Calpe Cycling Club is a non-competitive, social cycling group formed by a shared love for the road and the landscapes around Calpe. Launched in May 2025, the club brings together residents and visitors to ride, chat, and enjoy the cycling life on the Costa Blanca.

Our members include long-term locals, part-time residents, and holidaymakers who are keen to join organised rides during their stay. The club caters to cyclists who enjoy steady group riding and good conversation, without the need to race or prove anything. All are welcome, and nobody gets left behind.

How We Ride

We focus on making group rides enjoyable and accessible. Routes are carefully planned in advance and published so everyone knows what to expect. Typical rides are around 30 to 40 miles, with a coffee stop built in.

We also arrange occasional longer days in the saddle, visiting climbs such as Coll de Rates or taking trips inland to explore quieter routes.

More Than Just the Miles

The community spirit extends beyond the road. Many members stay after rides for a post-ride coffee or light lunch at the Blanca Bikes café, where the club has its base.

Calpe Cycling Club is about riding bikes, meeting people, and enjoying the area – at your pace.
